Q: How do I order?
A: You can now order online and pay securely using World Pay or phone, fax or post your order to us.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days after we receive payment. Your goods will need to be signed for so please make sure that you give us a delivery address where someone will be in, or you will need to collect from your local postal depot.
Q: Do you deliver anywhere in the world?
A: We ship to anywhere in Europe or the USA. Shipping costs outside of the UK will be added at the checkout.
Tell me more about Window Film by the metre
Q: What kind of window is it suitable for?
A: Any window, providing it is glass, not Perspex, and the surface is smooth and clean.
Q: Can I see out?
A: The plain frosted film and the frosted decorative film give total privacy - you cannot see out and no-one can see in.
The clear decorative and transparent film gives semi-privacy. You can see through the transparent and clear decorative film but not as clearly as clear glass.
If you like the plain frosted film but would prefer to see out, you can have a wide range of contemporary designs cut into the film so that you are able to peep out. See our made to measure window film.
Q: How easy is it to fit?
A: Very easy – but you will need to cut the film to the size of your windows.

Q: Is it easy to clean?
A: Yes, just use a damp, lint-free cloth, avoiding any abrasive materials.
Q: Is it suitable for bathrooms?
A: You can use the film in a bathroom, but not where the film will come into direct contact with water, such as the inside of a shower door.
Condensation is not a problem.
Q: Is it easy to remove once fitted?
A: The film can be removed by following simple film removal instructions here.

Q: Where can I use the stickers?
A: Any flat clean stable surface. Do not apply to newly painted surfaces.
Q: How easy is it to fit?
A: Very easy
